Discover

01

Process

How a project runs

Five stages, a written deliverable at each. You sign off before we move on — no surprises at delivery.

01

Framing call — free

45 minutes to understand your business, your customers and your constraints. You get a detailed quote within 48 hours. No commitment, and no sales follow-up.

02

Research & structure

I analyse what exists and your competitors, then build the site structure. You approve it before a single colour is chosen.

03

Design

Art direction, then mockups page by page, desktop and phone. A clickable prototype lets you walk through the site before it exists.

04

Build

I build what I designed. You follow progress on a staging address, live.

05

Launch & handover

Deployment, SEO, final checks. Training and written documentation. The site is yours.

02

One point of contact

Six trades, one person to call

A website isn't one job — it's six. At an agency each has its own owner, and you're the one holding them together. Here, everything starts from the same point.

  • Design Layouts, colour, identity
  • Development Hand-written code
  • Content Copy, photos, layout
  • Search Being found on Google
  • Launch Domain name and hosting
  • Upkeep Updates and fixes

One number to dial. And whoever picks up is the person who wrote the code.

A laptop and a phone showing the same site, fitted to each screen.

03 — Bespoke design

Your site will look like nobody else's.

Most Belgian websites run on the same handful of bought themes. Yours starts from your trade: what you sell, to whom, and what the visitor should do on arrival.

A palette and type that are yours

Colour and type chosen for your business, not inherited from a template sold to ten thousand people.

Approved before it's built

Every page is shown to you as a mockup, on desktop and phone, before the first line of code.

Built for the phone

Most of your visitors arrive on a small screen. That's where we start, not where we adapt.

Nothing to maintain

No licensed theme, no plugin that breaks on update. The code is yours.

Packages

Two packages, one point of contact

One goes fast, the other goes deep. Price depends on the number of pages, the content to produce and the level of customisation.

Always included

What you get whichever package you choose

These aren't options. It's the minimum I refuse to ship without.

A fast site

Lighthouse scores checked page by page, not just the homepage. A slow site loses people before it's read.

Usable on a phone

Tested on real devices, not just emulators. That's where your visitors are.

Findable on Google

Technical SEO, structured data, business listing. An invisible site is worth nothing.

Accessible

Keyboard navigation, contrast verified by calculation. An unreadable site excludes real customers.

You own the sources

You leave with the files. No mandatory subscription, no lock-in to my tooling.

Training

I show you how to update your content, and leave you written documentation.

07

The problem

A site that doesn't work for you costs more than rebuilding it

Most businesses I meet don't have a taste problem. They have a site that does nothing: nobody finds it, those who do don't know what to do next, and on a phone it's unusable.

01

Nobody finds it

No local SEO, no up-to-date listing, invisible when someone searches your trade in your city.

02

It doesn't inspire trust

A dated design makes people doubt the quality of the work. It's unfair, but it happens in three seconds.

03

It doesn't convert

Visitors don't know what to do: no clear button, no form, a phone number buried at the bottom.

04

It's unusable on mobile

Seven visitors in ten arrive from a phone. If they have to zoom to read, they leave.

Questions

What I get asked most

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the number of pages, the content to produce and the features — a three-page brochure site and a site with online booking have nothing in common. Rather than showing a price that would fit nobody, I send you a detailed, firm quote within 48 hours after a 45-minute call. The call and the quote are free, and I don't chase.

Why aren't prices shown?

Because a published price is either too low to hold or too high to speak to you. I'd rather listen to your need for fifteen minutes and give you a fair figure. If your budget doesn't match, I'll tell you straight away — you won't have wasted your time.

How long does it take?

Seven working days for Express, three to four weeks for bespoke. The clock starts when your copy and photos reach me: that's almost always where time is lost, and it's the only part I don't control.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

Yes. At handover I train you on updating content and leave written documentation. You also leave with the source files: you're not locked into my tooling, and another supplier can pick up the work.

What if I don't like the result?

The project advances through approved stages: structure, then art direction, then mockups, then build. You approve each before the next. Discovering the result at the end simply can't happen.

Do I need to supply text and photos?

Text, ideally yes — you know your trade better than I do. I can rework or write it if needed, and that's included in the quote. For photos, I can produce bespoke imagery if you have none.

Do you work outside Brussels?

Yes. Framing happens over video, the rest by email and on a staging address you can check whenever you like. I'm happy to travel within Brussels and Belgium for the first meeting.

What about hosting and the domain name?

I handle the setup and advise on the choice. The accounts stay in your name and under your control — I don't want to be a mandatory middleman between you and your own site.

Let's talk about your project
