Custom features

A brochure site stops where your work begins. These building blocks take over: booking, signing in, submitting, talking to the rest of your tools.

Diagram of a web page reduced to its blocks: a header, a heading, an action button and a row of four identical modules, drawn as flat grey and blue shapes.
01The process

We look at what exists before adding anything

See the process in full
01

We talk

45 minutes · free

Your trade, your clients, your budget. You get a detailed quote within 48 h. No commitment, and we don't chase.

02

We set the structure

2 to 4 days

Competitor review, sitemap, the words your clients actually type. You approve the plan before a single colour is chosen.

03

We design

3 to 7 days

You see every page, on desktop and on phone, before a line of code is written. Two rounds of revisions included.

04

We build

4 to 10 days

You follow progress live on a test address. You can show it, comment, ask for adjustments.

05

Launch and handover

1 day

Search set up, Google profile connected, one-hour recorded training. Thirty days of free fixes afterwards.

02What we can graft on

What a site can do beyond being read

A brochure site stops where your work begins. These building blocks take over: booking, signing in, submitting, talking to the rest of your tools.

See sites delivered
Online booking Your real availability, direct booking, e-mail confirmation and a reminder the day before. Synced with the calendar you already use, not one more calendar. on quotation
Smart form A form that adapts to the answers: irrelevant questions disappear. You receive one complete request instead of three rounds of e-mail. on quotation
Client portal Each client signs in and finds their documents, orders and history. Requires accounts, a database and a server: a project in its own right, not an add-on. on quotation
API link The site talks to your other tools: invoicing, stock, CRM, trade software. Information entered once turns up everywhere, instead of being retyped. on quotation
One-off help An e-mail that stopped arriving, a domain to transfer, a lost login, a full mailbox. By the hour, no subscription, whether or not we built the site. on quotation
Other integration Online payment, e-signature, chat, room booking, quote calculator. Tell us what you want to achieve; we'll say whether it's realistic and what it costs. on quotation
03The price

Why nothing is shown on this page

Everywhere else on this site the prices are written down. Not here, and it isn't commercial coyness: the same heading can cost ten times more depending on what sits behind it.

Booking wired to a Google calendar is a day's work. The same thing with three practitioners, variable durations, a deposit on booking and a sync into trade software is three weeks. Showing « from €650 » would get you to call, then disappoint you.

So the quotation comes after we've looked at what you already use — and it is itemised line by line, like the others.

04The rule

What stays static, and what cannot be

The sites we deliver are static: no database, so nothing to update and almost nothing to hack. That is what makes them fast and quiet.

Booking, a smart form or an API link graft onto that without changing any of it: the service runs elsewhere, the site calls it.

A client portal does not. Accounts and personal data require a server, a database and real security maintenance. You will be told before we start, not when the invoice arrives.

05The useful no

Half the requests need no development at all

Many needs are met by an existing tool costing €15 a month, plus an hour to wire it up properly. A booking calendar, a ticketing system, a simple shop: those tools are good, and rebuilding them by hand would be selling you time for nothing.

When that's the case we say so and bill the setup hour. Custom development only makes sense where nothing off the shelf does the job, or where the off-the-shelf tool locks you in.

06Questions

What people ask

Can you work on a site you didn't build?
Yes, if the code and hosting can be accessed. We look at what exists first: depending on the technology in place, grafting a feature takes a day or turns out to be impossible without a rebuild. That assessment is free and you get the answer in writing.
Who hosts a client portal, and who is responsible for it?
Hosting is in your name, like everything else. Personal data means GDPR: a record of processing, retention periods, the right to erasure. We put in place what is technical and tell you in writing what remains yours. We are neither lawyers nor data protection officers.
What if the tool stops working in two years?
That is the real risk of any integration: the third-party service changes its rules or shuts down. We favour established tools and document every link — which service, which key, which contact. If it ever has to be migrated, the next provider will know where to look instead of starting over.
