What kinds of business do you work with?
All of them. Sole traders, tradespeople, professionals, shops, small companies: the reasoning holds as soon as part of your turnover depends on incoming enquiries. What differs from one job to the next is not the trade but the starting point — no site at all, a site that brings nothing in, or a site you can no longer edit yourself. The first call is there to place yours, and it is free.
Do I really own the site?
Yes. Code, files, domain, hosting, all in your name. No compulsory subscription. You can hand the rest to someone else without anything locking up.
With the Serenity package, do I really own the site?
Yes, from the day it goes live. The code, the images and the domain name are in your name. The €400 setup fee pays for the build; the €99 a month pays for hosting, backups, updates and two small changes a month of twenty minutes each. At the end of the twelve months you can stop the subscription and take the site to any host you like — nothing switches off. That is exactly what separates this package from a rental.
What happens after the twelve-month commitment?
You owe nothing more on the build: it is paid for. What you pay afterwards covers only hosting and upkeep, and you are no longer tied to any term. Three ways forward. Carry on at €99 a month: hosting, daily backups, security updates, your two twenty-minute changes and support answered within one working day. Switch to technical maintenance at €49 a month: the same technical guarantees, without the changes, which are then quoted on request. Or stop: we hand over the full file archive, the database and the transfer code for your domain name. No exit fee. Handing over the archive, the database and the transfer code is free; reinstalling them on a third-party server is not included and is quoted separately. Without instructions from you thirty days before the term, the full package rolls over monthly.
What counts as a “small change”?
A text edit, opening hours, a price, a photo, adding a news item or a testimonial: anything that takes about twenty minutes. You get two a month, and they don't roll over. Beyond that — a new page, a new feature, a redesign — we quote before we start, never after. We would rather write the limit down than promise “unlimited support” that nobody honours six months in.
What if I don't like the design?
Two rounds of revisions are included at the design stage, before any development. If after the first round the direction isn't right at all, we take a different one at no extra cost.
Do you do maintenance?
Yes, at €49 a month: hosting, certificate, daily backups, updates and security monitoring. Changes are not included at this tier — each request is quoted before it starts. If you want changes included, the Serenity package at €99 a month is the one. Maintenance on its own is never compulsory and you can stop it whenever you like.
Do you work in Dutch and English?
Yes. We produce the versions, structure the SEO for each language and have translations checked by a native speaker. It's never machine translation.
How does payment work?
Thirty per cent on order, the balance at launch. For bespoke projects, a third on order, a third on design approval, a third on delivery.
